First, we wish you and your family safe health, as well as your fellow employees and community.  These are unprecedented and difficult times however we want to ensure you that Adaptall is fulfilling its obligations to limit the spread of the Coronavirus while maintaining its role as an Essential Business.  Adaptall has been urged by customers who serve critical industries such as medical, pharmaceutical, agriculture and transportation to remain open.  Adaptall is considered an Essential Service based on definitions provided by both US State and Canadian Provincial governments.

We continue to operate fully open with all branches taking orders and shipping, while following and exceeding recommended guidelines from respective Government bodies, as well as the WHO, CDC, and Health Canada.  This includes all office staff working from home with access to their regular phone and computer systems; all warehouse staff on split shifts; all pickups scheduled and left outside; and all on-site staff urged to regularly wash and sanitise hands, work surfaces, and common areas.

Our warehouses are fully stocked and operating Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm EST, and do not foresee any supply chain issues in the near future.  Our couriers continue to operate however please be patient as delays may arise due to outside factors.  Our remote staff have full access to stock checks, pricing, and can be reached via traditional means.  We do however ask that whenever possible, to issue routine stock and price checks, as well as routine orders via email or our website as much as possible.  Please reserve phone inquiries for technical questions, as we are experiencing a fairly high volume of calls at the moment.
